Influencer Recruiting - Trailer

In a set of four videos, we sent different German social media influencers along with young trainees to learn more about certain jobs and the story behind the job choice.

The videos were half scripted, allowing for both a certain kind of production value but also authenticity for both the trainee and influencer. The job locations ranged from a construction site and a McDonald’s restaurant to a nursing home.

As head of the creative team, I piloted the project and personally directed and edited two of the episodes as well as trailers/teasers.
